Forbidden: your API key does not have permission to access this resource. Returned as HTTP 403.

How to resolve

An API key acts as the user who created it — it has exactly the same permissions and location access as that user.

1. Identify the user that created the API key.
2. Confirm that user's role grants the permission this operation needs, and that the user has access to the location the request targets.
3. Adjust the user's role, or create a key under a user that has the required access, then retry.
